The CEM24-Super telephone controlled thermostat has been designed for homes, condos, rental properties, vacation homes, boats, recreational vehicles, offices etc. By simply calling a telephone number, you can find out the room temperature, and if any fault condition exists, place the control in “economy or comfort” mode.
When replacing a regular heat only mechanical thermostat with this electronic thermostat, a third wire will be required to supply the 24 vac common. When using this thermostat in a Heat/Cool system a fifth wire will be required to supply the 24 vac common.
The product is a wireless thermostat and controller that can be placed in any room in your home to control your heating and cooling system. If you want the room your are presently in to be 70 degrees, just place the wireless remote thermostat in that room with you and it will ensure that the room stays at a comfortable 70 degrees. This is ideal for rooms where it is important to maintain a constant temperature, like the baby’s room. It is also ideal for rooms that experience large temperature fluctuations because of large windows, sun exposure, or for rooms on different levels of your home.
